1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Show Yourself, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Show Yourself is a subscription-based digital advertising platform where users can:

• Subscribe to blocks on a 200x100 grid (20,000 total blocks)
• Upload images and links to their subscribed spaces
• Display content to other users visiting the grid
• Manage and modify their block content during active subscription

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Subscription and Payment

• Price: $1.00 USD per block per month
• Payment: Processed securely through PayPal
• Billing Cycle: Monthly subscription with automatic renewal on the same date each month
• Ownership: You have usage rights to subscribed blocks during active subscription
• Availability: Blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page
• Access After Cancellation: You retain access to subscribed blocks until the end of your current billing cycle

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful behavior
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent

6. User Responsibilities

• You retain responsibility for all content you upload
• You must respect other users and their content
• You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
• You must not scrape or extract data from the platform
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Modify or discontinue the service with notice
• Update these terms with advance notice
• Take legal action for serious violations

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your uploaded content
• You grant us a license to display your content on the platform
• Our platform design and code are protected by copyright
• You must not copy or reproduce our platform without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

Show Yourself is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

• All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed
• Blocks that violate Section 5 (Content Guidelines) will be removed without refund
• Please carefully consider your purchase before subscribing
• Refunds may be provided only as required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Cancellation Process:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "My Page" section of your account
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle
• You will retain access to your subscribed blocks until the end of your current billing period
• After your current billing period expires, access to cancelled blocks will be discontinued

12. Service Termination

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling all active subscriptions and contacting our support team.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly the Content Guidelines in Section 5.

Upon termination, subscription cancellations follow the process outlined in Section 11.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MADPETERLAB operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For Users in the European Union: You may also have rights under local consumer protection laws, including the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for certain purchases as required by the Consumer Rights Directive.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
